Bankruptcy Paralegals

If you cannot afford an attorney, there is an alternative. Arizona Legal Document Services, L.L.C. charges $200 for the document preparation for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, which is due at the initial meeting. The filing fee required by the Court is $335. When filing for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, you are required to take two credit counseling classes, one prior to filing, and one prior to discharge. Total for both classes is $22 (with a code to reduce the fees). We provide the information required to take these classes at your initial meeting.

The United States Bankruptcy Court requires that debtors personally file their own documents. However, we will provide you with the address and directions to the court.

The typical timeframe for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is three to six months, usually closer to three, although no one can guarantee how long your case will actually take to discharge.

You can only file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy every eight years from the date of filing of any previous Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.

Arizona Legal Document Services, L.L.C. is a debt relief agency that helps individuals file for bankruptcy relief in accordance with the United States Bankruptcy Code.
